It’s an Attitude
People often inquire, what is Body by Design? The best way to answer that really is to tell you what it isn’t. Body by Design is not a gym. There are no members. There are no yearly contracts. This is not an aerobic studio and there are no Pilate classes. What we are is a fully functioning, high powered, energized private personal training studio. We offer month-to-month contracts. It is a 1000 square feet of THE BEST equipment in the fitness industry, ALL purchased new.
Body by Design is an attitude. It is a way of life. It is a lifestyle change. It is about moderation, eating correctly, learning proper form and technique with machines and free weights. Body by Design is culmination of many different ideas, philosophies and shared knowledge.

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks
It’s about Health & Fitness
Your health is paramount. Nothing is more important. Look around and you see obvious examples. Not only is being fit and in shape great appearance-wise, but it is SO smart health-wise. Being lean and in shape helps the body function better in every aspect. In the beginning when you start a program you can get “winded” easily because it is all new to you and your body is adjusting. Once your body becomes acclimated to the changes you will then process the oxygen needed at a much more efficient level. That old saying “you are what you eat” is indeed accurate after all. Sometimes we don’t understand that until it is too late.

Basic Strength Training

Work off that Sunday brunch or train for an obstacle course race! We recommend this class for those who have completed at least two level I courses within the last month.
